Yes you can. Make sure you dont proceed as international student anymore. But u must have workpermit first that will give you instate fees.

Wait.....I thought if you are student then you don't get referred to court because you are legal? I heard its upto you if you wanna goto court or drop your case after denial right there without affecting your status.
