Bhai, ati dukha lagyo 9k faseko ma. But I do not think, it is a good idea to post his name or photos(which you don't have) of him in the social forum like sajha.com, I do not recommend it as it is illegal to do so. I understand your frustration. But if you can gather all the evidences that you wrote the check and you have the record of who cashed that check, you can take that person to the court and he will be the responsible of repaying you. Collect all the evidences that you loaned him the money. More importantly, from now and on, please don't get emotional. Just cool down and try to talk to them nicely and try to get a written form of evidence like e-mail or text messages that reflects he owes you the money. Once you get such evidence, then you can take the case to the next level which is the court. It could be the lengthy process but that's the legal way to go.
