This is good news for many immigrants who are tired of US immigration, but it is not easy to fit into the cultures of other countries like australia, UK, chile, etc like it's easy to fit into the US cities. US is practically made up of immigrants so if you live in any city you will fit right in.
It's difficult to get your papers straightened out but once it's set, you can live like a free man, well minus the big brothers watching you or listening to you that is.

The thread itself is wrong. US don't have to compete for immigrants. Inside the post it even says people will go to Canada, Chile, Australia, Britain to start as a base but at the end, they want to be at Silicon Valley, USA. We all know US is better, powerful n richest country n more flexible lifestyle with freedom of speech, securitywise, religion etc
