I have filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently this august. My document has been received and is in the initial review status.

Has anyone from sajha did it this august? Please update your case status. So, that we can share tje stories.

yes I have filed I-130 a weeks ago. But I haven't got any e-notification till today. Can you please tell me how long does it takes to get e-notification? Is it wise to file I-130 along with I-485? I only submit my I-130. Is it ok to submit only I-130?

My i 130 was pending and i filed i 485, uscis cashed my check and i also got e notification with my case no.

I played safe and filed only I-130 in July last week (yes, they all said file it together in August, but that is me) and has been recieved and receipted. I am filing I-485 sometime next week as the doctor delayed the I-693 by a good week.

I filed in August 1st, my cheque was cashed by uscis, but haven't got any receipt. A quick question, what happens to the green card processing when the date is no longer current? Might be the date changes in November and the f2A is no longer current

i have one question  guys ..can you file I-485 while I-130 is on pendng or not ?

Mine check has been cashed and got email for notifications. I filed I-130 and I-485 together..

@cowboys69 - Yes you can file I-485 when I-130 is pending! That is what I am planning to do. And that is what Deported said he did as per his post above.
