Need help!!! I have a driving license from Nepal. If i get learners permit in Virginia State, will I be able to drive with my Nepali Driving License, till I get VA license?

It depends on how long you have been in the US. In some states like, Texas, a foreigner can drive up to six months with the driving license from his/her home country. I would say the best thing to do is to visit the site of Virginia DMV or call them and ask about it
