Parents are coming to visit us here in USA. From where should I book the ticket for from KTM to CHICAGO? travel agency link from sajha or any travel agency back to KTM? I am kind a newbie to this. Can I make the payment in $ or do I have to make the payment in NRS? Thanks for any relevant suggestion.

Try Dragon Air and go to nepalese website. I saw a RT Cathay fare to Chicago for abt Rs140000, not sure about the current rates. Its KTM-HKG-CHI. You can either pay from here or pay from Nepal. International transcation fee applies from here though.
