Bhai, you don't try to be nice, you have to be nice. It's OK if nobody responds to your request, but it all reflects on your character how you ask people for something. People are very sensitive these days and they can smell bad of you as soon as you open your mouth. Forget about all this, and I wish you good luck with your search!

5. "Twake Nepali"


Except that whatever you said, completely true. If you feel offended, sorry for that. Really.

Why don't you just book a hotel for 2 days , enjoy sight seeing, do your work and come back where ever you live?
Who will really give you a place to stay for $80 bucks? either they wont take dime or never respond to you like HS said...

And both of you have discussed about $80 for two night as a paying guest? Have you guys heard about www.airbnb.com? Instead of giving money to other people through airbnb, i wanted to give to Nepali but now i realized very bad decision.

And for the answer, do i accept someone in my apt, i use airbnb and you can live in my apt as a paying guest for $25 a night and free if you are Nepali.

I do believe you have good intentions but its will take another 20 years for us nepalis to understand www.airbnb.com type concept..so my best wishes with that!

but yes hope you find your stay without any hassles...! As a reader, I highly doubt I will ever take paying guest unless anyone comes through at least a remote reference and of course that will be free or charge!

@urbankhasi daju, you are right. Lets not hope 20 years but definitely some time. I think i am gonna book through airbnb now. As you said, i don't think at this stage anyone understands the concept of paying guest and i don't think i will get any connection.

And about good intentions (yeah thats true), just wait till i finish my work in next 10 days. You will be one of the first person to know why i am going there. I will let you know through this thread. okie daju, take care.
