Looking to leave my current consultancy company and join another one due to personal reasons.....how is Vastika INC in Irving, Texas? Any one here have any experience?

I used to work as a Vastika consultant some time back. I also have experience working with a few Indian consultancies. I've found Vastika to be far better in terms of reliability, meeting their commitments, flexibility, & understanding.

Unlike other consultancy they never treated me just like a means to make a profit. Of course, Vastika is a business and as such they do work to make profit, but they also do value their consultants, listen to their concerns & find solutions to their problems. This is my experience with them.

I m working right now from Vastika. if u are fresher then expect 5 months min including training. If you are experienced with projects in hand then placement will be in a month, max 2 months.

And everything else is taken care of. And lots of Nepali students and GCs. It will be fun. I always enjoy spending marketing time there.

I have nothing bad to say about vastika. Starting pay is good; the employees are good. If newbie please set side 5 months until you get placed ( 3months training + 2 months marketing). They are true of their words, be patience ( give them at least 2 months before they place you). And oh yeah, superb on lodging and fooding.

Vastika is the best.

AMOF vastika can tout about it and with scores of consultants waiting to get trained I think they don't care much about telephone inquiries. Try to meet them in person.
