Hello Guys, Mero Employer le 2 weeks agaadi labor file gareko theyo. Is there any place that we can check the status? How long it's gona take for approval without audit. and GC i(n EB2) haat maa aauna kati time laagchha hola. Please share you experiences!! Thanks in Advance!!

I heard these days Labor is taking long time(probably 8 months) I guess. Only your lawyer can check your status but you can estimate the timeline via trackitt.com. There you can see recent approvals and when they actually filed. Good Luck!

Newgirlintown, Through this link you can check the Perm status (you should have your case number) http://dolstats.com/search. Without Audit it takes from 4- 6 months to get labor approved. Once the labor get approved, your employer can file i-140 and i-485 concurrently which also takes about 4-6 months to get approved. So, if everything goes OK and you employer is co-operative you might get GC in hand about 8-10 months from now. Good Luck :)

I think, the above link or any other link only gives your certified PERM cases. Since PERM cases are public data (excluding few details), they are found online easily. For on-going cases there is no way to know the status. But many online sites gives you estimate time. The only way to check your status for PERM is to set up a user name and password by your attorney or company. Hope this helps.
