how do the nepalese government know who is asylee or not? maybe nepalese government were just trying scare asylees. I dont think the DHS gives those lists that easily.

After hearing all these talks about asylees not being able to renew passports, I was wondering the same thing. How would Nepal government know if one is asylee or not? US govt is not going to provide the asylee's information to a government that it is protecting them from.

as long as you dont have asylee stamped in your passport, you can get MRP.
I have seen many asylee get their MRP recently except for the ones i mentioned above.
