I am in F1 and just recently applied for OPT card, which is been for almost 60 days. Right now I have to move for some reason and no one can receive in this given address. What should I do now, should I just change the address in USPS ( hopefully they will forward the mail) or Change the address in USCIS. Has anyone gone through this, please let me know!! By the way, in case status , it just shows, they have received the application only.

As a back up, you could also sign up for mail forwarding service with USPS. This will ensure that the mail reaches to your new address.

USPS generally does not forward mail from USCIS to new address for security reason, it sends back the mail to USCIS. If USCIS has not already processed ur opt for shipment before u changed ur address at its site, it will send ur card to ur new address, if it has already shipped ur card, the card will be sent back, and they will send it to ur new address thereafter, it will increase ur opt delivery by few weeks.
