दलितहरुका विरुद्ध हुने भेदभाव र अपराध मा प्रचलित कानुन भन्दा ३ गुना बढी सजाय र सरकारी निकाय, त्यसमा पनि सेना र प्रहरीमा २५ प्रतिसत आरक्षण हुनु पर्चा यो नया सम्भिधानमा | to me taking someone's humanity away from them is worse than murder. My best friend in highschool was a dalit, and I didnt even know it until we graduated. His family never spoke ill of any one and led an honest, moral life, a far cry from the corrupted kul-gharans of Kathmandu.

Wishing the same would perpetuate evil; evil changes form but it's the same everywhere. The sad part is that people so easily and almost always identify with their carnal mind and are led by their mind. Yet there has to be accountability for one's action. Having said that law and order is a joke in Nepal. I once happen to go to a police station in SorraKhutte in Kathmandu, and right in front of me a policeman slapped hard a young man who I guessed was brought for a petty crime. I left with that disturbing thought. That was just a small example. Police in general in Nepal are "to oppress and exploit." The same thing with these bahadur soldiers, send them to the Nepali borders with India to defend the country from any encroachment by the Indain army. Army is generally to defend the country from foreign enemies, these soldiers have become like "ghar ko baagh"

@dalit,fueltank,divorveguy, 1. the crime was done by some crazy criminals and not by nepal army the organisation, having said that anyone who is trying to save the culprits or downplay the case should be punished as well. 2. you cant generalise the whole army for this incident ,and you cant demonise all the brahmins too.its like saying all whites are nazis and all blacks are criminals. 3 .there is nowhere stated that the culprits were bahuns, in fact there is a huge number of so called 'dalit' youths in nepal army and it could have been anyone. remember NA is the very organisation where there was a common dining system since the time of anglo-nepal war at least(recorded history) ,at time where chuwachut was prevelant. 4.the way it is presented makes me thing it is more politically motivated.it is a crime allegedely done by some soldiers to women .these guys should be punished but dont make them criminals before the court proves so.

the website seems like one of those many ISI funded webpages designed at the indian society and the right wing rss family. there are a lot more pages manipulating the crimes being done and misusing them against a group en masse. u cant generalise people ,its so simple. there were brahmins who created the caste system and there were also those who rejected it and fought to bring social changes.ist not about bahuns vs dalits or madhise vs pahadiyas or bahuns vs janajatis, it should be a fair and equal society vs an oppresed and monopolic society.every society ahs its share of rotten eggs
