Service request garyo reply ma chain sadhai pending security/background check vanchha. Kurda kurda had vaiskyo. Final result k hune ho thaha chaina, tyo pani yedi kai vayo vane. I getting tired of waiting for this. Yesto situation do you think ki maile TPS file garna thik hola? Need some expert suggestion, although it seems very rare in this matter. Any lawyers?

File for TPS with EAD and once you receive EAD, try alternate ways to file 485 through sponsorship. This is a golden opportunity for you.

My 485 was filed more than 3 years ago, which was approved back then. It's the I-751, which filed about 2 years and is stuck with the never changing status. I send service request they say it's pending security/background check. I googled and found that for some it's been like that for years, even 10 or 20 years.
Right now the GC is expired, no new GC, so need to get I-551 stamp on passport to prove status. Problem with this stamp is most of the people do not have any freaking idea about it. Ek the ekia barsama expire hunchha tyo stamp and tesko basis drivers linsence lina pani garo, dmv ma navayera balla balla DPS ma gayera pako tei pani 1 yr mai expire hunchha.
