If its okay share the name of consultancies.....it's better to go with reputed one like future h1 filling, pay rate...

go with Vendor directly on W-2 or 1099. tell vendor that you have authorization to work for any employer directly. It makes more sense to go with company B, but since they have 'jhagada', you don't want to lose that job. Company A is just being greedy.
