this is my second post. first post didnt get any reply. Ma aile TPS ma chu. Approved bhayeko 1 month bho. F1 status pani active cha. 1 maina ma nepal janu thyo. Advance parole apply gareko xu bt aauxa jasto laagdaina time ma. TPS and F1 duitai status xa bhane without Travel Document nepal jada kei farak parla?

what about the US visa on passport? if it is still valid then no worries, if it's already expired then you have to go embassy for visa. If you have AP on your hand, you don't have to worry about visa. In short you need either visa on passport or AP to show at port of entry... Just an opinion based on my knowledge, and not a immigration adviosr.

From what i have heard heard from past threads here in sajha, its highly recomended that u get ur AP before leaving for Nepal . With your valid f1 status, you will be able to return without any problems, but that might void your TPS. They say if you go to your local uscis office with all the documents u presented for AP, they will issue your AP then and there provided you have valid reasons for AP. Give it a try.

@ bairagi where did you get the info that TPS will be voided? No such thing. as TPS is not really a legal status. As long as he is in a proper status, he should be ok.

Am pretty sure u will lose ur TPS status if u travel without AP. Just do some simple google search, u will get ur answers.
