Hi Guys,
I'm working on collecting as many evidence/ proper docs as possible for my BC and Marriage cert RFE:

I submitted BC and Marriage cert for myself and wife made at local municipal (metropolitan) office.
The BC's are in English and Marriage has both Nepali and English on the same page. The BCs were made last year before I filed my AOS and marriage cert was made in 2014, the year of my marriage.

USCIS is asking for timely registered BC in Nepali and translated which we don't have. And marriage cert they're saying is usually only in Nepali.

We tried working with the municipal office in Nepal to get a letter of non avail at the time of birth and they're saying they would'nt coz they have issued my BC. Also, for marriage cert they're saying it is the right format.

I m going the secondary evidence route now...making 3 affidavits and providing school/ medical records. have a QQ over these...
- how early school records do they need? class 9 10 12 tira ko huncha? but these have DOB in nepali date..and just mentions my and father's name and place where I am from not where I was born...we can mention this is affidavit and conversion..and photocopies of these records should suffice right?
- for marriage certificate woda isnt creating one in nepali only..they said thats what they provide ...any other alternate proof you guys know could substitute for marriage cert??
PLEASE SUGGEST.

When I (and my wife) file GC, we had the same documents (BC, MC). Not sure why would they want MC in Nepali since that's the format they provide us these days. In addition I had them translated by embassy of Nepal (DC). They take 3-4 weeks to translate though. I am not sure that'ss solve your problem but its an option to keep in mind.
Good luck.

For BC ,you can use your mom, mama and uncle for evidence and has to be notarized. these 3 evidence is the strong proof your BC.But MC is the universal format as Nepalese govt.issue,i dont know about that. And other salutation...consult with lawyer i think they charge 300 to 500 just for filling your paper.
