I have two serial numbers one for 1-821 showing biometrics fee and application fee and another is for I-765 showing total balance due zero.

does anyone know the meaning of the notice of EAD has anyone got the notice fr EAD even if they didn't apply.. this was in october..

March ma gareko EAD ko EAD card aayo? Normally, 1 to 2 months ma card aaipugnu parne ho. TPS nai chahi ekdum dhilo bhaako cha.

thank you to you too.. hmm mero EAD aako chaina march ko still pending but today they said that case is in positive direction july 10 samma ne kehi response aayena bhanney chai i can call them again.

It shows that you applied TPS without EAD initially (even if you do not want EAD while filing TPS, you have to file I-765 form, that is EAD). This is mandatory to file both. Later on you changed your mind and thought that you need EAD too. (You should have applied for EAD with TPS before). Anyway, you will receive your EAD (usually takes 90 days for processing but we have seen some people received EAD within 2 weeks of bio-metric test.)
However, the issue is - will you be able to use EAD while TPS is still pending ? since your EAD is based on TPS, your EAD will be valid only when your TPS is approved. Please confirm with the USCIS to make sure you are working legally with EAD if your TPS is still pending. Or you can call an experienced lawyer, esp Nepali Lawyer who knows the about the 'TPS for Nepal'. Good Luck,

if you don't have valid answer then why are you giving info that TPS EAD is not valid until TPS gets approved. Any e-verify employer can easily identify whether your EAD is valid or not. And yes it is best to talk with attorney or lawyer if anyone need genuine answer, do not just follow online blog conversation. You will jeopardize your application down the road if you don't get help from these professional people.
