TPS renewal apply matrai gareko maile tara TPS EAD chai apply gareko thiyena. Mero renewal TPS approve bhai sakyo. But now i would want to apply TPS ead ,tara renewal garda feri ma sanga already TPS EAD ko LIN number cha. aba TPS EAD apply garda feri tyai pahila kai LIN number huncha ki naya ? aba I-765 apply garda kyai note lekhnu parcha hola? maile pahila apply gareko thiyena tara aba chai ead apply garna chahanchu vanera ? is there anyone who didnt applied TPS ead first time l but later applied for TPS EAD ?

I applied for TPS ead later on March 3 2017. I have not heard back from them regarding my application. my check has not been cashed yet!

@bhuntekaji You just need to send the copy of I-797 letter from the approved I-821 and the copy of receipt letter. Send some of the key documents like I-94, SSN, VISA, passport info. Case was an approved TPS but filed the EAD at a later date. Our EAD case approved in around 4 business days. Was quite amazed to see the quick turnaround. Good Luck.

so i dont have to fill the new I-765 form ? just the copies of I-797 C and the fees ?
plus visa , I-94 etc..
Do i have to write any notes to officer regarding late EAD filing ?

I'm in the same boat bhuntekaji. You must fill the I-765, for sure. Also, if you put photocopy of documents showing your TPS approvals from the past, you should be okay.

And like bikram said, all the important documents on the side. Do you know the fees though? My TPS app without EAD that I filed in December is pending, but I paid biometric fee already. So I was only planning to pay I 765 fee. However, I read in another thread that some guys got email from USCIS asking to biometric fee again. I cannot afford to mess up TPS EAD application because if I do not get H1b this year, I cannot continue working beyond July, as my OPT EAD is expiring.

I-765 : $410
biometric Fees : $80 ( i dont need to pay but i I am sending check just to avoid any mess)

I have following documents

Form I-765
Copy TPS aprroval
Passport
I-94
OPT EAD
Copy of H1b

Mero TPS EAD reject bhanera ayo saying' amount is incorrect or has not been provided'
I wrote two checks for $410, $85. I need not need to send the biometric fee but i sent it anyway just to be in safe side. I looked at the uscis site and the fees are correct.
i found one mistake tho, i should have written check to' U.S. Department of Homeland Security'
instead i only wrote as 'Department of homeland Security'. but i am still not sure what is the correct fees here.
Anyone in same situation here please help me.

That sucks bhuntekaji. So the mistake was the spelling not the amount? Any update on the new application? My TPS EAD also came back rejected. I used 2016 form by mistake FML. Hatar hatar pathae EAD application feri.
My situation is that my TPS renewal is still pending. This is my first TPS EAD application, applied separately. My original TPS was approved last yr but no EAD. Yo barsa H1b file garya chhu. Tyo reject bho bhane TPS is the only backup. So praying TPS EAD comes on time.

westcoastlad: Exactly my situation you were in! You problem and my problem are exactly similar.. More interesting is this was my second rejection..first they rejected it saying i did not include my I821 receipt notice.... which I actually had ! I think they are doing this intentionally... giving hard time for TPS EAD seekers!

i confirmed with all the sources and yes amount should be correct( who knows what uscis are upto). I paid $410 and $85 two separate checks. And as you said, one of the other mistake was the outdated form i used. I am also applying for first EAD separately.so, I resubmit last week with the current form and the same amount , so far they havent cashed in my check, lets see what happens.Good luck @westcoastlad, hopefully evertyhing falls in right place.

yo thread ma TPS renewal hune harule kahile application submit garnu bhako thiyo? i submitted late Dec. 2016 (TPS only renewal). Mid-Jan ma fingerprint fee received bhanyo, nothing after that.

This info regarding TPS approval time frames,with all bio-metrics used from previous application.

Case Received for TPS (I-821) December 6, 2016, Case approved April 12, 2017
Case received for EAD, December 12, 2016. Case approved April 12, 2017.
Case received for Travel document (I-131), December 6th, 2016. Case pending at local office.

I received both TPS approval notice and EAD last week (3rd week of April 2017) I applied on November 2nd, 2016, however I had to resubmit all application with correct fee on November 28th 2016.
Hopefully this will be informative to everyone who are also waiting anxiously with patience.
