Hi Guys! Do we need to file both I-821 and I-765 if you have already granted TPS or I can just apply for EAD(I-7655)?

Your current TPS will expire in June 24, 2018 so you are filing for new TPS starting from June 25, 2018 to June 24, 2019.

I was granted TPS. But the TPS card never came to me. When it was time for renewal, I applied. There was a back and forth a few times. They kept asking for this or that missing detail. They would not give me a fee waiver. Finally they said they had everything. And the application is in process. But then the TPS has been extended again by a year. My old application is still in process. Do I still have to file for the new re-registration? Or no? Does anyone know?

Call them, speak to the key person or supervisor if needed and ask them to process for the new TPS, they will help you. Do it asap...
