Hello Everyone
Friend of mine went interview at Embassy of USA in Nepal and her visa was rejected and officer told her to apply for Humanitarian Parole. She applied visa for medical treatment to save her sister by donating kidney. Their doctor appointment is on 25th of October at Mass general hospital in Boston. Patient came USA on 2017 and did medical treatment and this year they want to do antibody treatment with the donar who is her uncle daughter. Unfortunately visa was rejected so Does anybody know about Humanitarian Parole? I call USCIS and one of the staff told me to apply I 132 (advance Parole ) with I 134 (affidavit of support ) but I’m confused that which address should I use and what should I fill up in affidavit form.
I highly appreciate for your answer. Thank you in advance.
