Hello everyone,

I have a Advance Parole and EAD valid till March 2020. I am planning to travel during tihar. But I don’t have the notice saying TPS granted till 2020. Do you think I should have that to travel as well even though I have AD and EAD valid till 2020. If I do apply for I821 how long does it take for me to get it approved. Sorry for all kind of questions.

Thanks

So you don’t need the new I821 approved noticed. Did you apply for I821 when autorenewed or just applied for AP and EAD like me.

I just applied for AP and EAD and my EAD is still pending. So, I only had valid AP while travelling
