Finally, it looks like I am ready to send it, took much longer than expected to get all these ready, those of you who have already sent, could you review this final list and advise accordingly to see if something is missing or something unnecessary is being sent.

I was planning not to re- register, however, due to perceived lack of knowledge among US Employers, most DMVs and also due to desire to travel to Nepal, I felt it necessary to send it and get the unexpired documents to secure better opportunity without much hassles; what are your thoughts?

Here is the Final list of 12 documents as I prepare to send them today, any suggestions?

1. form G 1450 for credit card payment info for total of $1070
i. $410.00 check for EAD + $85.00 check for biometrics = $495
ii. $575.00 check for AP
(these are according to USCIS fee calculator tool)

2. G1145 for electronic notification

3. i821 for TPS
4. Copy tps prior approval
5. Copy of my latest I-94
6. Copy of old and new passports

7. i765 for EAD
8. Copy of prior EADs
9. 2 passport photos for ead
10. Copy of my SSN card

11. i131 for AP
12. 2 passport photos for AP

You should include copy of your passport old/new, Notice of Action i797 and copy of I94 for AP( travel permit). I see that you have included all those for EAD but you are sending i 131 to a different office so those documents are needed.

It seems like when we file i131 together with i821, we can send them all to the same address; so one copy of those documents should suffice.

Secondly, I thought, Notice of Action i797 is only needed for I-131 based on a pending or approved Form I-821,

Is this not so ?

============================================================

I checked the following website
https://www.uscis.gov/i-131-addresses

If you are…
- Filing Form I-131 together with a Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status

Send your form to…
- The address listed for on the TPS page for your country
===========================================================================

If you are…
Filing Form I-131 based on a pending or approved Form I-821,
You must include a copy of the receipt notice (Form I-797C) showing we accepted or approved your Form I-821.

Send your form to…
USCIS Dallas Lockbox
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
Attn: I-131 TPS
P.O. Box 660167
Dallas, TX 75266-0867

@Nepal123
Yes you are absolutely right and i’m sorry I missed the tps i821 part lucky_Nepali mentioned. I had only been applying for ead and i131 so totally forgot tps and travel permit will be sent to the same location.
