Just brain storming here, I might get new idea lol. So any suggestion to invest 50 K . I have fulltime job so cant give much time. I have invested in share but want to see if other person has different ideas.

Dollar cost average on ETF or total stock market mutual fund.

given my scenario i would invest it on metaverse to buy pixels- virtual land as you know gone are the days of cryptos and traditional stocks . but if you want risk free steady return i would put in mutual funds but you know you would never be rich with mutual funds .

If I were you I would go and buy cheap land outside kathmandu…

Its good idea and i did thought about it but its only make sense if you want to retire back home. No way i can bring that money back here given current laws.

BTW if you have a NRN citizenship, your can bring your property here. Correct me if Iam wrong
