i dont know if sajha has some mathematician, tiani try haneko, (Hooguru and Kiwiland, jasto manche haru), i have posted this on many forums, i hope i get some help:
ok, here is the problem, i was wondering, if a equation of degree 3 has three 3 diff. real root answers, how do i solve the equation by using complex number ...i have tried searching the web, but i have not found any good explanation..any help is appreciated.
i know a analoglous formula for a 3rd degree which i copied off from web page, ( tried to solve it, but failed) ....
cb = Cuberoot sqt = Square root x=cb(-B/2 + sqt(B?/4+A?/27)) - cb(B/2 + sqt(B?/4+A?/27))-b/(3a)
iwhere a b c and d (respectively) and you find A and B using following equation:
B=d/a+2b?/(27a?)-bc/(3a?)
A=c/a-b?/(3a?)
after you solve the equation you can find two values by using quad. formula...
thax in advance. again any help is appreciated.
