I don't know why, but I liked the following news. These buggers are the ones who used to get everything denying general people various services in the past... So i don't mind this new trend to banish them from various services. Let general public have those first. Netas, they can always go to Tundikhel and shout their speeches.. haha... why mobile?



Leaders, editors denied mobile phone service

KATHMANDU, May 3 - Political party leaders, publishers, senior editors and some human rights activists have been denied the services of cellular phones, though the government decided to resume the partial operation of post paid mobile phones on Monday.

The reports said around 30,000 clients out of 48,000 have had their post paid mobile service resumed.

Publishers and editors such as Kanak Mani Dixit, Rajendra Dahal, Yuvraj Ghimere, Taranath Dahal of FNJ, Shambu Thapa of Nepal Bar Association and all senior staff of Kantipur Publication have been denied the services.

Human rightists Gauri Pradhan and Subodh Pyakurel have also been denied the services, while political leaders including RPP Chairman Pashupati Shumsher Rana, former ministers Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani have been deprived of mobile services. (hb)
