Finally, I got answers for my questions for ages..........i use to smoke weed to get more answers of my question on spritiuality but ultimately it brings more question than answer.............conclusion is whole universe and life is nothing but zero........more u try to find it ends it zero which in science called infinity. I always wanted to get nirvana and thought that i can achieve it by going to jungle and doing tapasya...............tara.., to be honest i got it recently, dont ask me questions how i got it , dont ask me how does it feel, dont ask me how is it? Can u answere how do u explain heat, cold or pain........max u can say is it is like burning in hand but how is burning then u will say it is painful.....but how is painful......then it is always going around one circle that is nothing but infinity. since, i was kid i always use to wonder about relegion about god , i was rebel for my family like taking against discrimation done by brahamans and god nature .........like prostitution by god and raslila of krishna.......which never made sense...then i started to study about the relegion but there was always so many question..... Ultimately, i realised that the guy who get mukti long time in nepal was Maha kabi laxi parsad devkota........who realised the utlimate reality...and composed poem kun mandir maa jaanchau yatri.......that was the sign of his mukti.....and i am happy today to meet ppl who has acheived mukti........in hk some of them are christian and muslim and for them relegion dont make sense as well.............but today i am really happy and still poor by pocket but my heart has so much gay that cant explain.... To get mukti you dont have to go to forest or isolate your self ............you can get mukti while working in home or office...or sleeping... Mukti mukti.....is nothing but to get out of the bond of life circle....it is not also being immortal......but just able to analysis yourself out of the box which we all keep ourself with the pride, ego and love......these things are not discardable as we live in world of maya....where u cant be totally in spritiual world...but u can control them...that is called bodisatota....now i understand buddha very well....., If anyone has been through my phase pls jot some words here... if the 50 percent of the ppl in world gets mukti and understands then honestly this world will be shangrila and paradise....you dont have to go to himalayas , nor u have to research of atlandis....it is all mind of game.....God is mind of game...it acts on how u play.. My deepest thanks to vishuavotar ji, who opened my eyes withsome of the thread and also to the tantra concept speeched by osho....but i am not follower of anyone though, they are my mates...coz they have received mukti and we are rebel for maya world coz we believe in making world better place to live

Moneyminded, You crack me up dude.So easily as if you were buying nibhana from your nearest convinience store.Smoking weed threw more confusions in your head.Few times I have smoked weed in the past I have either hysterically laughed or sadly cried.Never gave my brain any trouble to go deep into metaphysics while my brain was weed-toasted.You have said conclusion is whole universe and life is nothing but zero.Thats the state of void i.e, sunyata. We have a tendency to believe that mokshya is possible by entering deep jungle or wondering in the remote. That is a fase conception.Mokshya is impossible until you completely detach yourself from this physical realm and enter the spiritual realm which is a dauting task.To free youself from all physical ills that revolves around our physical existance like greed, jealosy, lust, ego and so on.In that state of nothingness you are in only experiencing eternal joy and not knowing it. Moneyminded, you have said that you have achieved Mukti.Mukti acheivers aren't aware of what they have achieved they only experience it.It's a whole different universe. You have said can you explain me heat and cold and trauma and joy. They are simply your mind experincing some it which is under no circumstances related to the state of sorrow or state of nirvana.State of nirvana is not absence of sorrow it is simply the state of nothingness or void. Laxmi Prasad Devkota was a humanist not a narrow-minded religious fanatic.I would say he was a non-conformist like many poets and philosophers. My limited undersatnding of mokshya and its existance tells me he didn't achieve mukti while he was present here on earth in his physical body.It is impossible to achieve mukti in our life time period. We may experience it few times if we are passionate enough through self-discipline but in one life time or two life times it is impossible. It takes many lives before we even get close to nirvana. But one thing is undoubtedly certain that as humans we are always evolving and preparing for that state of nirvana, sunyata, tranquility or shangri-la or whatever you might want to call it.

when you achieved mukti, did you go "whoah" like keanu reeves does whenever he is blown away by something...i can't remember if he actually did that in siddhartha. i like keanu, who seems like a nice guy in real life too, but the guy can't act to save his life. so when required to express extreme shock/awe/surprise, he does his standard "whoa" exclamation. i can imagine him going whoah whenever he achieves nirvana/gets a good hit/ realizes his bank account is at $0.00/hears that he is about to be a father/hears that the father is someone else/etc. etc.

iZen, very well said. "But one thing is undoubtedly certain that as humans we are always evolving and preparing for that state of nirvana, sunyata, tranquility or shangri-la or whatever you might want to call it" ya, very true every day we are looking for happiness in our lives, MUTI the ultimate form of happiness. The way an individual tries to achieve may be different; meanwhile some may follow the wrong path. But still they want that happiness. Examples, that you and MM illustrated i.e. smoking weed and others are telling you wanted happiness anyway. Simple examples in Sajha, some people love to talk about Seks, Some prefer namecalling others, some want to go to party and be wild. in some short they all are trying to achieve HAPPINESS. Only their vision was narrow while talking in Spritual sense. Mukti is that DIVINE form of HAPPINESS. YA WE ARE ALL PREPARING FOR THAT SATE OF NIRVANA; JUST WE ARE IN DIFFERENT HIERARCHY. THAT IS ALL. feels good to talk about MOKSYA in SAJHA. Thanks guys.

MM, While I give kudos to u in trying to change yourself and be a better man, I must comment that , the very act of writing on this forum, announcing to the world that u have attained "nibbana" indicates to me that, u have not done so. This act itself reeks of "ego-massaging" (my invention) which an "enlightened" person certainly wud not do because it's one of the worldiest and materialistic thing any person wud do. "Nibbana" itself is a detached state and an elightened person wud not feel the need to advertise his freedom. "The path" itself is very hard and we are but students. One of the qualities, you would require to follow the path diligently, (let alone, achieve enlightenment) is to be humble. I myself do follow buddhist principles and implement them in my daily life, yet I stray time to time from the "middle way". Too much booze, sex, laziness. Still, my mind is much clearer that it was a year ago or even a month ago.

Thank You Bhangli Damini, I am getting there...it's not nirvana...or shangri-la..surely not yet....I thank almighty for all the experience he let us go through to ultimately realize our true inner-self.That's the pure beauty of living in flesh and blood and realizing it is impermanent and this blissful feeling that our presence here is so brief. Cheers..

Walk up a trail which vanishes into the shadows of the very mountain it follows, notice the lavendar colored grass flowers sprouting to give their own ray of color, the copper pink whiffs of clouds encircle the ice cones rising high above the horizon, blazing brick colored huts hanging defiantly on precarious ridges, follow the pebble I happen to kick over a cliff and admire the gorge which barely catch any ray of sunshine, notice the rhododendrons as they change from crimson to white like benchmarks of changing altitude, the highest rhododendrons camouflaged in the occasional snow a random icy wind brings, sit at a tea shop with its open hearth and smell of dung fuel, drink in the moment of mental emancipation. I've reached nirvana! ~Sitara~ Hi Monyminded, aren't we always evolving! :)

iZen, Sometime, feelings come into this mind not to get married, just go for the Meditation. But, spritiual leaders are saying that shouldn't be the way. I found Krishna's lectures for Arjuna are encouraging, and trying to understand Krishna had lecture Arujuna.Other GURUS have mentioned the same. So, I am thinking taking more responsibilites by having a family, simultaneously there will be work, and other stuffs [ SETTLE HONEKO MANGTAHAI, paile]. I have been encouraged to be a KARMA yogi. At the same time, go to achieve the real GOAL of this life, THE NIRVANA [ I understand it isn't guranteed but have to start sometime in this life at least, right ? ] And iZen, I was just curious, HAI. Are you initiated yet by some GURU? Please Pile up your spritual experineces via this thread. Thanks fr.

Yes SITARA I have been trekking up in the high mountains of imagination seeking refuge in the woods of imaginaton comforting my soul with the false hope of shangrila. And like Mandela said: The more height(imagination in my case)I seem to conquer, higher ones are thrown in my face(my mind in this case).

Bhangli Damini, True. Our life is like Hermann Hesse's novel of two medieval men, one quietly content with his religion and monastic life, the other in fervent search of more worldly salvation called Narcissus and Goldmund . This conflict between flesh and spirit, between emotional and contemplative man. Personally,I think it is possible to live both life at the same time but only through detachment. The idea of renunciation here isn't about hunting remote jungles in Dadeldhura.Heck of a dauting task that is. But ultimate search leads to the same destiny.Remember and road leads to me(Krishna to Arjuna). It is purely solo adventure. No guru involved...if it's all within...guru is within too.Hoina ta?:)

Moneyminded, I am happy for you, at least you have achieved something. I wish you success in your journey. I have heard that there are many who get attached to one state of mind or another and believe that they have achieved something and want everyone to know about it. Mukti is sometimes compared with sex. Are you in a state of climax without havind sex or without the use of drugs, it just gives you pleasure by knowing what you know? If you are then isn't that our true nature? My grandfather used to say "aako hum dutiyo nasti" isn't that the state of mukti?
