I thoroughly enjoyed what you pointed out. I got a good kick out of it. You're right, we're so focused on bringing back democracy but yet fail to comply the basic rules that democracy is based on. I learned bit from what you pointed out, hopefully lot of others do as well.

democratic movement will be just a mockery unless parties & leaders are themself democratic in their systems & practices
i think we have a long way to go ahead for true democratic movement
unless a new generation of leaders based on democratic values are on the stage
lets hope the present tragedy will positively catalize to bring up the new generation of true values
