Two of our country men were abducted early in the morning while going to work in Central Kabaul, Afganistan.

Any idea what is the reaction of the Nepali government regarding this ?

Who are they? What are their names? What were they doing there?

WHAT WERE THERY DOING THERE ?
If they were willing to risk their life to go roam the streets of Kabul thats their problem.

BTW since they have been abducted now the government must try its best to free them... which I suspect government wont... simply because life has become very cheap in nepal... no one talks even if 20-30 people die in single day... if more than 50 people die it comes as news... if more than 100 then it may be talked for two three days... inside everyone is happy that they have not yet died...

Yes I understand that not everyone is lucky(was not born with a silver spoon and nobody gave me a golden ticket to where I am today). But still there are CHOICES that can be made. If people goto Afganisthan rather than India, Singapore, Australia, Brunei, Hongkong etc etc thats their CHOICE. Its not the matter of LUCK, its a matter of CHOICE.

May be they were sent to do a project work, if my company sends me, i gotta go too... yes i can say no but that would not really look professional....

If thats the case then its exceptional. If you work for UN or somethng then you really have no choice. But knowing that you life might be in danger you can still refuse to go for the sake of your life(it might not look professional and might get fired). But you still have the CHOICE not to go knowing that you might be in harmsway or even die. thats all ..

Do you really think they would go to afganistan if they had choice to choose HK ,Singapore ,australia ??Bacchu Kailash you have no idea how difficult it is for one to enter HK just for visit for few days ,forget about earning $$ .
