From Day 1, I have been telling people here that Khagendra Sangruala is useless writer for Nepal... Al his articles are not articles, they are all galis.

First of All, Instead of Blaming Central Govt..what MUGU basi did to help themselves!!!lets discuss on That..I am sure some became Doctor or engineer (exceptions are always there) DiD they go back to help MUGU?????

Mr Sangraula is a only writer who has criticized almost all living and non living objects of this whole world,mostly USA,but its surprising to know that mr.Sangraula junior is in USA for past many years,is he suffering from multiple personality disorder??or he has nothing else to write except criticizmand gaali.

It's a surprise that the article which makes aware of what is going on is like "swearing to a family in front of his house." So with that standard, I think, Nepali people did a great mistake saying "gyane chor desh chod," in the recent Aandolan.

We call it unsensored freedom of speech,which nepali writers has enjoyed a lot,even if the news is totally baseless,there is no penalty for the sufferer,so freedom of speech should bear a certain degree of responsibility,its obvious that Moriarty and Mugu has no connection except ,they both start with letter M .

I don't want him to be pro-maoist or pro-king.Well he did take money from the king though:)
so..the point what i am trying to make is people in Nepal are selfish and they are diverting from unity , consciousness and righteousness for their selfish Agenda.
Being a pro- communist might not be the solution and will never be for country who is dependent so much in foreign aid.So , responsible citizens should understand what the hell they are linking and just cause he has pen in his hand doesn't mean he can target any one unnecessarily.I do not however favoring foreign domination.It is for individual to think!!

Here's another article about Mugubasi. I am sure this writer, Sarojraj Adhikari, wouldn't be accused of the the condition of Mugubasi like Sangruala was accused when he wrote the same thing and pointed his finger out to the culprits.

One of the sentences in last paragraph is rather sentimental: हामी पहुँच नभएका मान्छे पर्‍याँै, भनसुनबिना चामल पाइँदैन!

आम हुम्लीका झैँ थर भए पनि नरी र धन यहाँका आदिवासी, जनजाति हुन्, जसलाई व्यासी भनिन्छ । यसै विषयमा स्नातकोत्तर तहको शोधपत्र तयार गर्न लागेका समाजशास्त्रका विद्यार्थी दल रावलका अनुसार, जिल्लाका हेप्का, मेल्छाम, रोडीकोट, गोठी, बराई, दार्मालगायतका गाविसमा यी जनजातिका करीब एक हजार पाँच सय घरदूरी र १० हजारजति जनसङ्ख्या रहेको छ । "जिल्लाको झण्डै एक चौथाइ जनसङ्ख्या भए पनि आवश्यक खोजीको अभावमा यिनले जनजातिको मान्यता पाएका छैनन्, क्षेत्रीको रूपमा गणना गरएिको छ," रावल भन्छन्, "यही कारण राज्यले प्रदान गर्ने आरक्षणबाट समेत वञ्चित छन् ।"


कुनै निश्चित जनजातिलाई मात्र होइन, सदरमुकामदेखि दूरदराजमा रहेका प्रायः सबै ग्रामीण भेगका बासिन्दालाई यस याममा चामल जुटाउने चटारोले छोप्छ । उत्तरका हिल्सा, यारीलगायतका क्षेत्रमा आफ्ना चौपाया चराउन आउने सदरमुकामदेखि दक्षिणतर्फ पर्ने गाउँका बासिन्दासमेत दशैँका लागि चामल जोरजाम गरेर मात्र घर र्फकन्छन् । रायाका टक्क रावल यस्तै एक पन्थ दुई काज गरेर घर र्फकंदैछन् । चौपाया खेदाउँदाखेदाउँदै टक्क अडिएर टक्कले भने, "चौपाया चराएर र्फकंदा तिनैलाई बोकाएर दुई-चार किलो चामल लग्न पाए जहान परविार पनि खुशी हुन्छन् । वर्षदिनको चाड त राम्रैसँग मनाउनुपर्‍यो ।"

नेपाल खाद्य संस्थानका निमित्त प्रमुख हीराबहादुर सिंहका अनुसार, वाषिर्क सात-आठ हजार क्विन्टल जिल्ला भित्रिने सहुलियत दरको चामल कर्मचारीसहित पाँच हजारभन्दा बढी जनसङ्ख्या रहेको सदमुकाम सिमकोटवासीका लागि समेत पर्याप्त छैन । त्यसमा पनि एकतिहाइ त जिल्लास्थित कर्मचारीले मात्र उपभोग गर्छन् । तर, मेल्छामका कर सिरा यस कुरामा सहमत छैनन् । भन्छन्, "यहाँ जाँड बनाउनेकोमा वर्षभर िपुग्ने गरी चामल 'स्टक' हुन्छ । सर्वसाधारणले भात खानका लागि माग्दा पाउँदैनन् । आएको चामल पनि भेदभावरहित तरकिाले वितरण भयो भने आंशिक रूपमै भए पनि सबैको गर्जो टर्छ ।"

खाद्यमा आउने चामल समानुपातिक वितरण नहुने गुनासो धेरै हुम्लावासीको छ । तब त सदरमुकामनजिकैको गाउँका भएर पनि बहादुरे शाही हम्मेसी खाद्य संस्थानमा चामल लिन नजाने बताउँछन् । डाँडाफया-६ का ३५ वषर्ीय शाही भन्छन्, "हामी पहुँच नभएका मान्छे पर्‍याँै, भनसुनबिना चामल पाइँदैन ।" किन चामल नै चाहियो त, यहाँ जे फल्छ त्यही खाए हुँदैन ? यो प्रश्न सुनेपछि केही गम्भीर भए शाही । गर्दागर्दैको काम रोकेर निधारका पसिना पुछ्दै उनले भने, "हाम्लाई त हुन्थ्यो नि ! तर, केटाकेटीको मन मान्दैन । वर्षदिनको चाडमा राम्रो मीठो नखोज्ने केटाकेटी कसका पो होलान् र !"

That's the way to write an article raising genuine issues. Saroj wrote the article with factual data, effectively and most importantly without pouring venom.
