One on the left is before maobadi started lotpat (donation collection) One on the right is after they collected enough money, So he bought decent clothes and sunglasses. He looks much smarter as he has got eough money to spend towards his own personal needs including face makeover. ( where do you think the millions of Rupees maobadi collected from us Nepali gone?. Do they have an account for that money?)
