I wanted to register my own IT company. Can you tell me how to register and start this business?

What type of IT business you are going to start? And its all depends on your location. So if I was you, I would research for small business administration in internet to register the company in the location. There are various types of IT business, service provider or sales etc... its all different how to start it....

It is not difficult. But you have to decide which type of business you want to start...I am talking about legal type.

1. Sole Proprietory : Go to your local county registrar office and register a name of the
company. You will have to publish the DBA in the newspaper. It can
be done with $50 or so in LA.
2. Parenership : Same as #1

3. Corporation : File with your state. Once you have the corporation, you can file
or LLC with IRS for making it S-Corporation.

If U r plaanning to start IT business in Iraq ,then i can suggest u how to start here,just u have to do is hide urself somewhere in desert where Terrorist can't think.
and u have to wait for some walking by customer.

here is no rules so u dont have to go to any administration office or else.
but atleast u should have some automatic rifels,rocket launcher and bulletproof jacket and helmet.
