of course daz... its a price. a laptop that costs 700$ here costs around 1300A$. So i am just looking to save money... If you have any idea... please suggest me

I think students are allowed a laptop to bring into the country but I have no idea on sending from overseas. I think you need to pay local tax and customs duty. Please have a look at this site, you may find some info there. www.customs.gov.au/site/page.cfm www.immi.gov.au
