Hi ,
Can anyone transfer H1B without providing the new I94 ( provided along with I797 ).

can we just submit the old I94 ( provided upon arrival to USA). Also this old I94 was for D/S and expired with the duration of study over.

i thought that the I-94 number remains same.

all help will be appreciated.

thanks
greg

Yes, unless you've traveled outside the US after your H1B approval, your I94 # remains the same. About H1B transfer, you need to provide a copy of the newest (latest) I94 you received from USCIS. I might be wrong. This was my experience. I'm sure Santosh Giri or other immigration gurus here in Sajha will correct me if I am wrong. So just keep on logging in. Hope this helps.
