White flag, To be honest, it took me about 4 months to get a job. I did not have any work experience before I graduated and had some college work experience. I had to go to different recruiters and apply to many, many places. I think you have to have a great deal of patiece and apply to recruiters. Also, apply to at least 10 different places everyday. And remember! the more places you apply the more chances you will have to get a good job! Good Luck! PS: which field did you graduate in????

You don't have to wait until you graduate to apply for a job. Apply while you are still in school. A lot of companies hire few months in advance before you actually start the work. Be confident in interviews! Dazzle your interviewers. Make them say like.."This guy is awesome!"

Start your job hunting process at the end of your junior year. First place to go is your school's career center. If all things go ok, you should have an offer, or better yet, offers by your last semester. That is what I suggest. I personally did not start looking for job until the latter half of my senior year and regretted it. I could've done better had I known what I said above. Nonetheless, I was lucky because I went to a good school and we had a very good career center. I managed to get a job two weeks before I graduated.
