I just want to share my feelings. I already graduated in last MAY07. But i haven't got any real job interviews and responses at all till now. Everyday i am applying more than 30-35 positions. Trying from dhoti consultancy and even from myself, but no responses. Not even for any entry level too. Is it really hard or i am not in a good track?

Did you post your resume in Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com?
Even if you have posted, you have to update or resave your resume everyday to surface your resume.

Make sure your resume is attractive just like Indian IT bugs who always do fake kind of elaborated resume to attract the employer.

By the way what is your background?

just take advantage of them like they do to us, but be CAREFULl thats all.

be careful of dhotis, sajh_aa has done great job posting this. try temp agencies also, sometimes they can be good help. talk to friends, make network, guys lets help Nepalese like sansar1
Unfortunately not many nepalese are interested to share there ideas on how can we help people like u, moslems, idols, girija or prachanda, keti ko pet at teej etc tops sajha users...THEY TALK SH*T about what is good n bad in nepal or about nepal, their ass hurt if sailaja is elected ambassador or if even with YCL is voilent, but most remain silently to continue to be bahadur of Dhotis even in modern world of US; not becaoz of their excuse what else we can do then???? but because they r happy with whatever they get and want to make sure noone knows how they got; Dhotis candidate unite over helping eachother and share ideas and that has become foundation for India's Development, but Nepalese got talents to show just among themselves.. just big mouth enough to prove brave and genious among ourselves, but not to help eachother to be united to support eachother..
Friends if u ever decide to reply. make sure u dont be another smart ass to reply just with BS crap... make sure u write something that helps guys like sansar1, give ideas on how to move fwd to help nepalese get jobs, develop skills, and how to take cautions while working with dhotis agents.. thanks all..

If you put ur resume on dice.com ..monster.com .. My expeerince tells .. u will get only doti's phone calls ..hardly any company contacts u ..

there are few good recuiters ..like roberthalf.. give them a call .. beg them to make an appointment ..once they are in contact with u .. they will give u a job ,, that is for sure .. Dont even go to Doti's company first .. take a general test like brainbench and try to impresse them ...

Some time .. try some thing new in ur cover letter ..

I know u will get a job .. USA is huge ... dont stick on a single place .. willing to relocate ...any time . anyhow .. and most imp.. start reading interview question from the internet .. u will be surprised .. they will ask all the questions from interview question from Internet..

Actually i already had an interview with KForce Staffing. I am a QA Trainee. The dhoti company whever i am rightnow is not able to provide me any direct client interview since two months. So i am worried about loosing my OPT days.
