Hi my parents are applying for visitor visa. Do i need to send original documents such as employee letter and personal letter or is it fine to just send it as attachment in email that they print and take it to the embassy? They have already been here 7 years ago.
Or should I fedex the original documents. Fedex cost is showing $80

I scanned the letters and sent 'em by email. That was adequate there. Saved mucho dinero here.

Whether they get visa or not depends upon mood of consulars. I think it is good to have original docs. If docs is not urgent to reach by 3-4 days then you can send by cheaper options which might cost 20-30 bucks.
