Your Excellency:

I am writing this Memorandum as a concerned and responsible citizen of Nepal. We understand and appreciate India helping to establish peace in Nepal; however, it is evidently doubtful that India is willing to provide any help to Nepal in good faith.

Attached exhibits will provide you more on the insights how India is supporting to destruct this peaceful nation.

            As you know, we Nepalese have growing "Anti-Indianism", we humbly request the Indian Government to refrain from watching Nepal too closely as its backyard. For the sake of Nepal's sovereignty, nationalism, and its self dependence, we believe that India will modify its behavior towards Nepal.
           
            We look forward for a mutual friendly relationship.

Can you be more explicit in what you mean by refraining to watch closely?

I hope, it doesn't mean - not to control the criminal and barberic acts done to nepali citizens from across the border, be it a recent murderer of journalist Birendra Shah or other terai terrorist groups.

I don't also understand why India doesn't condem and try to control those criminal activities from its land but condemn when UN meets them. Were they being afraid that the open secret will come to the limelight?

India has the right to be worried when UN tries to interfere in its "internal" matters. Think of it this way--how would you feel if some outsiders meddle with your internal family matters WITHOUT you seeking outside help. No matter how bad your internal situation is, you would rather try to do it by yourself. It's the same thing.

I agree only partially with you. It would remain an internal matter only UNTIL there were no violence or abuses. If the family member fail to prevent the abuses or murders, it would no longer remain ONLY an internal matter. Then the outside world must come to intervene to prevent the further bloodshed.

We cannot blame India solely for whats going on in Nepal first of all it is our duty as Nepalese citizen to build a solidarity of trust and brotherhood amongst ourselves to ward off the terror and violence filtering through from elsewhere. As our forefather's put it-----"bhai fute ta Gaun loote". If we do not get rid of our own terrorists I don't think the outsiders will make any difference in creating havoc to the already existing problem, I mean to say it will all blend in and we will not be able to distinguish who is responsible for what!!! So before we plead to the Indian Ambassador we should plead to the Maoists of our country who are still disrupting the lives of many. threatening and even killing if necessary is still an ongoing trend of the so called new leaders of our country.
