If you're looking to put up an ad (including those blinking in the left hand side on this page...a lot better than the ones that scrolled across the page until a month ago), send an email to admin@sajha.com San's da man here and he'd be able to discuss the pricing of the ads with ya. And about the newspapers (the Nepali ones in NYC), read the newspapers itself as they have various emails listed for the editors and the staff who may help you land you ad in there.
