I am planning on buying a Hyundai that has about 100,000 miles on it. Can someone give me an idea of how good the engine life for Hyundai is or any other helpful information??

if you can find a honda or a toyota i would buy that... with a 100,000 miles on it, if I were you I would not by a Hyundai...however, if that is your only option and the price is considerably lower than that of a used honda or toyota of the same year, go for it... but before you buy it go to kbb.com and make sure you are not paying too much for it...

As Honda, Toyota and Nissan had own reputation and people suggest these car. In reality these car last longer than Hyundai.  One of my friend drives 94 accord with 237K miles. If it is a manual, may not be a bad idea depending upon the codition of car and how well it was maintained also depends on the year make. Is it Sonata or Elantra?
