I never had internet service In Nepal as there was no Landline telephone where I was. I have tried using internet (mostly to pay bills) whenever I go to Nepal from the internet café but always got so pissed off that I never could log on to Online Banking so had to phone to Pay the bills. But now, more shocking, I have realised that ISPs were charging up to RS9000/m for 128Kbps internet. What a day light robbery? Now NTC are planning to fixed that rate to RS900/m for 128Kbps and Rs 9000 for 2Mbps, which I think is very resonable compare to current situation but still way too expensive compare to what I pay here in London. I pay £24/M or Rs 3000/m for 10Mbps broadband. How much do you guys pay? Is the price that Nepal ISPs were charging justifiable? If NTC are saying that it should be only 900 Rs, don't you thing 9000 Rs was a day light robbery? It is way over the odd and people should sue them for overcharging.
