! माओवादी को गणित!

जिन्दगी मा कहिलेइ दोस्रा न भएका डा बाबुराम अनी त्यसका माइबाप परचण्ड को हिसाब कती कमजोर रहेछन त ? ३० प्रतिशत मत प्राप्त भनेको ७० % बिरुद्ध मा हो भन्ने ज्ञान छैन? औठा छाप जंगलीहरु संग बसेर ४ पास ले गर्ने हिसाब नि भुलेछन। ३७ % सिट भनेको दुई तिहाइ होइन। न बुझेको हो कि बुझ पचाएको?
अझ हरुवा पार्टिलाई दिन्न रे केही पनि । जितुवा पार्टी भनेको ३७% सीट र ३० % मत हुन्छ? शाअयद जन गणतन्त्रमा यस्तै हुन्छ कि> उत्तर कोरिया र क्युबा गएका छैनउं।
कान्तिपुर लाई सिरियस कन्सिकोइन्सिस भोग्नु पर्छ रे- प्रचण्डे को भुकाइ। त्यो भनेको बढीमा राम हरी बनाउने त हो नि? सक्छ भने गरेर देखाउ न त, बाँदरे फुर्ती वाइ सि एल को केटा हरु लाई दिनु।
 

माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डको राष्ट्रपति र प्रधानमन्त्री दुवै पद नछाड्ने, जनगणतन्त्र ल्याउने र अक्टोबर क्रान्ति गर्ने भाषणलाई नेपाली कांग्रेस र एमालको नेताहरुले सहमतिको राजनीति बिपरितको भनाइ मानेका छन् । हिमालखबर डट कमसँग कुरा गर्दै ती नेताले प्रचण्ड र माओवादीका अर्का नेता डा. बाबुराम भट्टर्राईको अन्य दलले संविधानसभा चुनावको गणित नबुझेको दावीलाई पनि माओवादीले नै चुनावको गणित नबुझेको तथा गलत अर्थ लगाएको भने । जेठ १७ गते राजधानीमा आयोजित सभामा माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डले राष्ट्रपति र प्रधानमन्त्री दुवै पद नछाड्ने अडान राखेका थिए ।

नेपाली कांग्रेसका केन्द्रीय सदस्य डा. मिनेन्द्र रिजालले हरेक दश जनामा तीन जनाले मात्र माओवादीलाई मत दिएको र सहमतिमा सरकार बनाउने हो भने माओवादीले आफूलाई मत नदिने सात जनाको चित्त बुझाउनुपर्ने पनि बताए । अक्टोबर क्रान्ति र कम्युनिष्ट गणतन्त्र ल्याउन माओवादीलाई जनताले मत नदिएको पनि रिजालको भनाइ थियो । 'सहमतिको सरकार बनाउने हो भने सहमतिमा आउनुपर्‍यो, होइन भने संविधानमा भएको ब्यवस्था अनुसार दुई तिहाई पुर्‍याउनु पर्‍यो' रिजालले भने । माओवादीको धम्कीले कोही नडराउने तथा शक्ति भए कम्युनिष्ट गणतन्त्र र अक्टुबर क्रान्ति गरे हुने पनि रिजालको भनाइ थियो ।

माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्ड र नेता डा. बाबुराम भट्टराईको अन्य दलले चुनावको गणित नबुझेको भनाइको प्रतिवाद गर्दै एमाले केन्द्रीय सदस्य शंकर पोखरेलले चुनावको गणित माओवादीले नै नबुझेको उल्लेख गरे । आफूले तीस प्रतिशत मात्र मत पाएको पनि माओवादीले बुझ्नुपर्ने पोखरेलले बताए । अन्तरिम संविधान अनुसार सरकार गठन गर्न कि माओवादीले दुई तिहाई पुर्‍याउनु पर्‍यो कि भने सामान्य बहुमतले सरकार गठन गर्न सक्ने बनाउन संविधान संशोधन गर्न तयार हुनुपर्‍यो भन्ने पनि पोखरेलको भनाइ थियो । 'सडकबाट बिद्रोह गर्ने माओवादीको धम्की मात्र हो, माओवादी सुरुमा ठूलो कुरा गर्छ, अन्तमा न्युनतम बिन्दुमा सम्झौता गर्छ' पोखरेलले भने ।

Maobadi are right. they won the majority seats.  220 for maoist, 110 NC , 103 UML,52 forum, 20 TMLP  and single digit for others. This result  includes the proportional representation also.  If we add NC and UML, it is still less than maoist. In world such majority always lead the country. I don't know in Burma, pakistan and other countries.

 

Thus Mathemetics is clear. Maoist won the majority of the seat in direct election as well as proportion.They should have to lead the country. Majority of the nepali people wants maoist.

 

Other parties have same culture which they did in the past.  It was always against to people.

Thus,  my dear friend respect the nepali people. They desperatly want to see Maoist government.

Very simple mathematics -

Miost has right to claim leadership - becasuse they have highest seats.

But they do not have even simple majority. 51%..but current intrim constitution requires a general consensus among parties or 76%.

Then soultion is - to amend the constution and reduce the requirement to 51%. Again Miost should take help of other parties...may be Madeshis or UML or congress.

MIOST WANTS -

- EVERY POSTS TO with them...UML and Congress should help unconditionally

- Once they will form government --no body should be able to keep them out of government ...Even all other parties are united that will not be more than 75%. what ever they do in the country and what ever their YCL act...

 

Current constitution require 2/3rd votes to dissolve a government. It also means a party needs 2/3rd seats (401 seats) to form a govenment. So Maoists need support of another 181 seats apart from their 220 seats to stake claim on government on its own.

Nowhere in the world is the system of the party having highest seats have mandate to do everything. What if Maoist have got 201 seats and NC and UML have 200 seats each in the assembly? It's democracy and not communism.

My dear friend , Proportional representation is that system in which noone get majority.But the party having highest no of seat can get the oppertunuty to lead the country.  It happend in the world.

 

In nepal maoist got majority in direct election and becomes the biggest party in proportional representation.The differnece is very high. maoist -220 vs 110(second).  Thus maoist should lead the government.

 

Other parties should learn to respect the mandate of the people.

 

 

your mathematics is as weak as YCL bastard. Do you know the difference  between single largest party and the party which has won the election. In Nepal nobody won the election. Of course, Moaist won 37 % of total seats. That does not mean that they are the winner and rest of others not. Out of 10, only 3 have supported the  maoist, 7 have rejected. Its a simple math dude, even  grade 2nd students can understand it. Why the maoists don't ? Because they are not human, they are against human right. They know only the language of  butchers, killing , killing and killing.

its stupid now to talk about math science history and geography.  the people had vote for CHANGE, which can be only brought by total reform of the government in new way. If we gave President and Prime minister to two different parties than the 2 years of this Sava will be spent on the power distribution and seat distribution.

 In USA, a democratic country, the person winning in the election can get the leadership.  But in Nepal , what happens .....? I think NC and UML going to dissappear . Please change your charecter. Support the nepali people. Support the maoist.

In USA, a convict doesnt get to stand in election. - In Nepal, a convict wins.

जनता ले उनिहरुलाई धेरै भोट् दिएर ठुलो पार्टी बनाहे । खुमे जस्ता ले आतन्कित गर्द पनि कांग्रेस को केही लागेन।

माओवादी म हेर त कती बिदुवा छन, कती ले छोरो गुमएक छन। जनता ले यो कुरो बुजेका छन ।

 

Nepali people want to respect maoist. They have hope from them. BUT Congress and UML always show their their bad charecter.

 

Maoist are right in this position.

Regarding for the conviction, it depends upon your perception. No one is convic won the election in nepal too. 

 

Nepali people know these thing well. Thus they support Maoist.

I agree with jakhanlal. In some point, Maoist may get the same fortune that Nepali Congress and CPNUML got in this election. Nepali people have given oppurtunities to all political parties and even to royal institute to prove their caliber in political arena. After 046 first people gave chance to Nepali Congress, then they supported CPNUML but both of these were unable to resolve the major issues of people and even got failed to handle the Maoist revolution. After the royal massacre, the people have even gave chanche to ex-king Gyanendra to work for the people. But none of these were worried about people or country. All of them have their own business so they overlooked the people. Thats why people rejected them. Now Maoist are getting into the riding position and if they fail to fulfil what they have told to people for these many years they are definitely going back to MANGALMAN. The commitment they made with people seems quite difficult to workout and even they have already started to change thier view and policy already which can be noitced in their recent statements on US and India. So if Maoist keeps stepping back and if same old story of taking personal advantages starts in Maoist they will definitely see that day. However few steps of inititaion towards the fulfilment of people's and country's need can extend the life of Maoist on power. So it seems finding the mathematic solution of present CA is not only one important factor for maoist regime to continue but its aftermaths will be more important.
