anyone have idea about if  INFOSYS  is a good place to work thru ?

I know one. However, due to job market no one can placce you fast. If you want to give it a try PM me.

They pay about 60K (most pay 55 K). Give out health Insurance and also pay phone bill till $80 a month. Let me know if you are intersted.

Plus they train you from your house. No need to leave your job till you become ready for the market.

I do the same.  Its not MY Bhaiya's company.  So I should say .....

Lets compare the base pay, Mine = 60 K (70 30) after 6 months). yrs=???

Health Insurance = yes. yrs=???

Phone Bill = yes (up to $80). yrs=???

You stay at your home and so no 4 ppl in one room. Online training. yrs=???. The market is down right now. Atlest you can get trained and continue with your current job till you get placed.

Now regarding H1 and placement -- that totally depends on your luck and aggressiveness no matter which company you are with.

 

I think You are right 'latoboy'...'MN-Nepali' is old timer and experienced on this matter. I agree.

When I graduated, I also seeked help from him and he sound very helpful everytime. But later I dicided to join different company than he suggested. Anyway, thanks a lot MN Nepali for your suggestions.

   I came accross to this new comany after going through one of the worst Indian Consultancies ever in Virginia. The people who run the show are very helpful and they are promising as well. Their base pay starts from 60K. And after 6 moths it will be 80%-20%. The company is based on Richmond VA. Let me know if anyone one is looking to get placed in IT field.
