Any idea if US Embassy does the credit profile (including your credit card debts, auto loans) check while appearing for H1 Stamping?
When one of my friend was on F1, and he tried to bring his wife on F2, they got to know his university loan, and denied the visa quoting a "huge" loan of 10K (although it was a fixed installment loan and the maturity date was after 1 year, and he was on CPT). Well, obviously that educational loan might have been reflected on SEVIS.
But not sure if they do credit card and auto loan check. When one is on H1, hopefully the guy does not remain on SEVIS.
If any of you wonderful Sajhaites have any idea, please do share.
