i need some help and suggestion with this paypal thing.. i am a F1 visa holder.. can i have a paypal account that can recieve and send money...like olnine merchant account and revieve money from other ppl visa/master card..??

paypal account kholnu visa sanga kehi related chhaina.As u might know it's free to open paypal account.Once u open account then u can add ur credit card or debit card to the paypal.also u can add bank account to ur paypal.
tespaschhi u can use the funds available in ur bank account or the cards.
people can pay with their credit cards to ur paypal account.ani paypal ma jamma bhako paisa u can transfer to ur bank account.
so, khas sabai chij garna milchha.

I think you can as long as you have US bank account. Only thing PayPal cares is US Bank account. I have used PayPal in my websites for purchase. No issues so far. In fact, its the easiest one to include in any website.

I want to add some additional question. As a student with f1 Visa is it legal to get money doing some business like selling stuffs etc here at USA. Do we need to file a tax report on that earning or its negletiable. Or has any one tried doing those stuffs .
