I think window movie maker can do the trick. Its not that hard. you can figure it out by yourself.

Movie maker is a good option. If you want you can download Ulead Video Studio and make video from there too. Adobe Priemere and After effects are there if you want to make some Professional one.

sony vegas 8. i have always used that to create a video its simple and is one of the best .it is far better then adobe after effects.
