Has anyone  with F1 status filed for asylum? I have not gone to Nepal for about 4 years. Does any one know or have filed for asylum under these circumstances?

u better not do it pal. later you get lot of immigration problem i tell you.

also you came here as non-immigrant visa (F-1), but now you wish to change to immigrant (asylum) which is very hard to prove it, so better don't do it.

just work hard and stay in status.........! maybe after 4-5 years you will eventually

graduate, get working visa and later apply for gc.

this is honest and truthful way...............but it's long.

don't be like crook nepalis who have spoiled the name of nepali for filing asylum without having to do so.

I suggest not to do it, you will probably lose and the other thing is you are not eligible because you have been here more than 1 more. Ajkal Nepal ma junta le election jitayera govt. aako cha vancha euta kura ani arko chai etro barsha kina timle file nagareko vancha.
