GC permits the holders to work as  garbage collector, truck driver/taxi driver/bus driver, in indian pasal, petrol pump, restaurants, US army, police,...etc
which even Nepal we have these kinds of jobs for people to do.
but in nepal they become embarrass to work in these fields so go elsewhere.
what's the difference?

maybe he's dumbass who cannot spell. many DV (dummy visa) people unlike the F-1 students do not have
to be fluent in english. they do not have to do TOEFL. once the lottery ticket is announced and they found themselves as winners of lottery, they will not be check like F-1 students for education level and so on.
so mr bikash must have got gc through lottery ticket.
unless its american way of spelling green!
