You talk about civilian supremacy right? I wont go back to your 10 yrs long war and what you have destroyed and what not. Now that you are talking about civilian supremacy i will here cite two examples and let the whole world know what does civilian cupremacy means to you jangalis and to the Royal nepalese Army that you are targeting.

Just yesterday two incidents happened
1. a bunch of YCL khates (maoists cadres) went to TU and manhandled the professors (kalo moso) what you say. Just because they dont  obey your orders
2. a group of nepalese army guys in ramechhap  went to save a  hospital  that was about to catch fire. To save the civilians 13 army lost their lives.

Now you along with your hichadako poi baburam tell me what is cililian supremacy
