DHANGADHI, May 6: Cadres of Unified Communist
Party of Nepal (Maoist) in Kailali district have issued a diktat that all those
supporting President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav’s step to reinstate the army chief to
leave the district or else face serious consequences.

Issuing a press
statement on Wednesday, Rishi Raj Binadi, an area in-charge of the party in
Kailali district, ordered all the political parties, organizations, and
individuals supporting the president’s move to leave their places and homes
within a week.

“The political parties, organizations and the individuals
supporting the constitutional coup staged in the country should leave your homes
within a week or else be prepared to face retaliatory action to be taken by the
party,” the statement said.

Earlier on Tuesday, similar diktat was issued
by Maoists in Ramechhap district.
