Raju161, your thoughts are always interesting but generally not realistic, you are remembering gyanendra, who is himself is criminal, dictatorship, all are dictator, panchayat, Girija, prancanda, gyanendra, we want to flourish democracy, and this part is a part of democratic practice, see the drama!!!!!!!!

voting rights which is one of the fundamental rights of citizens!! as recognized by the whole world elects person like Babban singh instead of person like obama so tell me timer how would you convince me that nepal is ready to adhere a democratic process? Do you think Babban singh who got arrest warrent for bombing in kathmandu and involved in different crimes ....is in the parliament? i don't think he voted himself 100 of thousands of ballot !! this is just a example how backward is Nepal ...if you say a typical nepali see that crow took your ear they just run after that crow but never touch their ear ...they are so innocent that they even don't know what's going with them..

Raju161, unless and until there are not enough educated people, lot of Baban and Lalu will be elected, be patient, it will take generation to filter Baban and if you stopped democartic practice, after 1000 years we will elect baban again. So, look at the world bank report we are poorest country of the world from more than 50 years and we were poorest in Mahendra dynasty, therefore let people fight each other so that one day they will understand they are fighting for nothing, I am just afraid we might be Ruwanda or burundi before it is too late

Democracy never develops country! May be you don't believe this, but it is real. If you see well develped contries who always says democracy, democrarcy of course you will see democracy and elected government. But in reality, these elected government and leaders are also controlled by an autocratic group. these autocratic group develops plan to direct their country and force their leaders to follow the plan in the name of democracy. In Nepal, there is no such group who force leaders to follow plan. Gyanendra was too clever who realised instead of representing autocratic group and staying behind leaders, better to lead with autocratic plan by autocratic group. But it didn't work. Now we need a new autocratic group who can direct leaders push our country towards development.

Raju161, here is the point, what is peace. What type of peace you are talking about, I was educated in Kathmandu, Europe and USA, but Nepal is not only people like you and me. Nepal is Karnali where fight starts, where no food to eat, where no school for child and nothing as country, so they are not in my nation. So, don't try to make peace for your favor, there will not be peace if every one didn't get equal opportunity, You are the luckiest person to be in USA and you are utilizing your life atmost, please be patient, don't try to change the philosophy of social sciences, it takes generation to become good but it takes a while to become bad. Ya, Chhimbu, I think in that way before, my friends were saying Obama Never wins in USA because Jews are so powerful and autocratic here in USA but democracy is democracy. So I don 't know what type of autocratic thing you are talking about but it is to far for our country like Nepal.

would you please explain me? i think you didn't understand the irony of my saying. i said i need that fruit of democracy that fruit of peace for me ane me only ..!! yes i did say it !! but did you came across the phrase "The Ordinary Citizen" like me!! in second line!! so if you think you understood the philosophy of social science ....after studying in nepal usa or even europe .i will ask you for basic philosophy at least !! if you have learnt it !!tell me if a person says he wants fruit of democracy and he wants peace for himself provided that he is a ordinary citizen and doesnot resembles a high profile group ? doesnot he eleborates the whole groups within his boundary the common groups ? !!

Ya, the point here is you are trying to support King Mahendra and Gyanendra, who are themselves darkness, they create a society where no lightening is seen, after democracy, people starts realizing what is good and what is bad, what we need, why we are not developed, that is the root of fight. That fight may lead by any organization, it is bad because it is voilent like maoist or like madesh movement, it should be in peaceful processes. My only point here is don't give credit to Mahendra and Gyanendra, because the present time is the reflection of past. The more you put people in darkness, the more voilent, more unstable and more difficult society, just see India where it is struggling for democratic practices for more than 50 years. The basic philosophy of social scienes is there will be conflict in the society, good democratic practice only help to resolve the conflict not any autocratic or dictetor.

here you go "a good democratic practice" so please timer give me at least three of the good democratic practices in nepal since B.P koirala became the first elected Prime Minister of Nepal by the people... it is almost 100 of years now !! give me at least one example of a wise leader who is comitted to the People and who adheres and talks about democrcy through peace!!timer all i can say is at the present context i will compare Nepal with a dense forest filled with wild creatures along with weak defenseless creatures ....and to mention you only one lion exists in 1 forest but in our country now everyone are king and everyone are lion ..
"I would prefer to live under 1 lion then to be ruled by thousands mice"

Sorry, it is your choice, I can't do any thing, unless and until every one's dignity is not guaranteed, the society will go on, you can't stop anything, the people like you and me will be writing in sajha for another 100 years for supporting King and dictatorship but time will go ahead. "Abiral bagdachha Indrawati" we will be here shouting in Sajha, no thing will be changed. It is your choice to be ruled by lion, but for me every one should be lion in democracy, that is human dignity, with democratic practice.
